Service Survey Information
We are seeking pet parents who currently care for, have cared for in the past, or may care for in the future, a pet with:
Orthopedic conditions: arthritis, hip dysplasia, luxating patellas, post surgical, amputee
Neurologic conditions: epileptic, degenerative diseases, paralyzed/paretic, incontinence
Geriatric concerns: incontinence, cognitive dysfunction, vestibular disease, mobility challenges
Special considerations: cancer, deaf, blind, specialized medication or feeding protocol
It is our hope that this survey will provide us with information necessary to create and implement programs furthering [Bialy's] mission and serving you [the pet parent/owner] better.
For purposes of this survey, a “trained professional” refers to an individual who:
is a small mammal rehabilitation and massage certified therapist and/or veterinary technician and
is certified in pet sitting as well as pet first aid and CPR, knows how to express bladder/bowel, and administer medication (oral, subcutaneous, and IV) and
has a minimum of 3 years experience handling and caring for orthopedic, neurologic, geriatric, and pets with varying abilities on a daily basis.
